Booking an Appointment / Fees

How to Book an Appointment:

I offer sessions Monday to Thursday via TELEHEALTH. Please use the link above to see all availability.

 

Each session is 50 minutes and starts on the hour. ​

​

For individuals, think of a reoccurring time, once per week, or every-other-week that you are available during my listed availability. 

 

For couples or families, the first session will be double in length (100 minutes- 50 minutes to set initial goals and another 50 to start the therapy process ). This can be a challenge for busy couples/families and will take commitment on your part.​​

Fees:

All sessions are $200, this is for a 50-minute session and at-home exercises.

Initial Double session for couples or families $400. This is for a 100-min session and at-home exercises.

Payment: Full payment is due at the beginning of each session.

​

Insurance:  I am an "out-of-network" provider and do not receive direct payment from insurance companies.  Some insurance covers mental health services.  It is your choice and responsibility to find out and process the insurance reimbursement.  I provide "superbill" for possible insurance reimbursement upon your request.  Please note that I do not interact with your insurance agent.

 

48 Hour Cancellation Policy: Your therapy appointment time is exclusively reserved for you and is considered a firm commitment. One-time exceptions may be made for unforeseeable emergency or illness, otherwise, payment in full will be due. If one person in a couple/family is unable to attend a joint session, attending solo may be an option (please check with me first). Appointments will not be moved or rescheduled last minute. If you need to move an apt to a different day you will need to change 48-hours in advance to avoid charges. Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.
