About

01.

Neurodiversity describes the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways. These differences can often create challenges with relationships and emotional expression. At times this leaves one's partner feeling isolated and alone. With specialized support, individuals can learn social skills, communication skills, and coping skills that helped them better connect with others.

02

Couples counseling is a mental health service designed to help couples improve their relationship. With a focus on conflict management, communication, improved intimacy, repaired relationships, teamwork, and connection, couples counseling can provide couples with the tools and knowledge to create a stronger bond. Ultimately, it can provide hope for a healthier and more connected relationship.

03.

Are you are struggling to maintain sobriety from substances, pornography, or destructive behavior? Do you feel isolated, hopeless, or desperate to change? Are you feeling overwhelming anger and frustration. Therapy can give you tools to understand the addiction, learn healthier skills, and build healthier relationships. It will also help you to establish boundaries.
